Job summary

Stafforce Recruitment seeks a Project Manager to provide high-quality management support within an NHS organisation. You will develop and deliver schemes and projects across the NHS community, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

You will manage multiple projects from design through procurement, build robust funding plans and business cases, and lead supplier management while maintaining excellent communication and data analysis throughout.

Qualifications

• Prince2 Agile or APM training or studying, NHS/public sector experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence.
• Experience collecting, analysing and interpreting data; budgeting awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a variety of projects from design to delivery.
• Create funding plans and business cases for funding bodies.
• Oversee procurement, commissioning and supplier management.
• Provide high-quality project management support within the NHS.

Job Title: Project Manager

Hours: Full time, M-F

Salary: c£27,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)

Contract: Temporary 6 months (with a view to permanent)

The job

To provide high-quality project management support to this NHS organisation. You will develop and deliver different schemes and projects within the organisation and wider NHS community.

As a Project Manager

You will develop and manage a variety of projects including the design, planning, implementation and monitoring across the organisation and wider stakeholder community. You will also develop funding plans and business cases for funding organisations while also being involved with the procurement for projects and commissioning/managing suppliers.

You

• You will be Prince2 Agile or APM trained/Studying, ideally with experience within the NHS or wider Public Sector.
• You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and influence relationships.
• The ability to collect, analyse and interpret data is also required.
• An understanding of budgets and budget setting
• Strong MS Office (Excel) skills
• Able to work with/deal with changing priorities & demands inline with project delivery
