Job summary

Alliance for Better Care CIC in the UK is seeking a Programme Manager to lead Surrey and Sussex Training Hubs programmes, guiding planning, delivery and evaluation to strengthen the primary care workforce. You will build partnerships across Training Hubs, PCPCs and ICBs, prioritise workstreams, manage governance, finances and risk, and drive value for money with measurable impact.

This role requires strategic leadership, data-informed decision making and strong communication with senior leaders,

Qualifications

• Experience of managing complex programmes or multiple interdependent projects from planning through to evaluation.
• Experience of delivering against timescales, budgets, quality standards and governance requirements.
• Experience of managing risks, issues, dependencies and competing priorities, including recovering delivery that is off track.
• Experience of analysing data, developing performance reports and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Experience of building effective relationships and securing engagement across organisational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Surrey and Sussex Training Hubs programmes across partners.
• Lead designated programmes and oversee programme support workstreams and governance.
• Prioritise programmes at risk of non-delivery and mitigate risks to ensure outcomes.
• Develop dashboards, data analysis and reporting to inform decisions and evaluation.
• Build and maintain partnerships with federations, PCPCs, ICBs and other stakeholders.
