Job summary

Athona Ltd is recruiting for a Project Manager – Healthcare Transformation to support the development and transformation of children and young people’s services. The role is hybrid with a Devon-based requirement, offering around £50,000 per annum and the chance to influence operational delivery, service implementation and organisational growth within a growing healthcare organisation.

Project Manager – Healthcare Transformation

Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing healthcare organisation supporting the development and transformation of children and young people’s services.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated project professional to support operational delivery, service implementation and improvement projects during a period of organisational growth.

Salary: Around £50,000 per annum
Position: Project Manager – Healthcare Transformation
Hours: Full-time
Setting: Healthcare Transformation / Service Development
Location: Hybrid (Devon-based requirement)

Your key responsibilities will be;

• Manage healthcare transformation and service improvement projects.
• Support implementation of new healthcare services and operational processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across clinical and operational environments.
• Monitor project progress, risks, milestones and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has;

• Previous project management experience within healthcare.
• Experience managing change and service improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working across clinical and operational teams.
• Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities.
