Job summary

Your Jared in Kent is seeking an experienced Project Manager for NPI in a permanent, hybrid role. Salary ranges £40k-£45k plus bonus. The position includes 2 days of work-from-home and benefits.

You will drive NPI projects in a lean manufacturing environment, coordinating with OEM and Tier 1 customers, and building strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Engineering or science degree or equivalent.
• PRINCE2 or formal project management training preferred.
• Lean manufacturing certifications or training valued.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI projects from concept to delivery.
• Develop and manage project scopes to ensure successful delivery.
• Build and maintain supplier and customer relationships to support project goals.

Project Manager – NPI. £40k - £45k + Bonus, benefits. HYBRID.

Ref: M4173. Bromley, Dartford, Sidcup, Sevenoaks, Rochester, North Kent. 2 days WFH.

An exciting opportunity to join an established and growing high-tech manufacturer. Ideally you will have previous experience as a project engineer or manager; or as a manufacturing or production engineer with a solid technical background, with a clear understanding of working within an NPI environment. Ideal industry knowledge can include: electronics; systems; automotive; aerospace; defence or similar. An understanding and knowledge of working with and supporting OEM and Tier 1 customers will be an advantage. You will be able to build and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers; enjoy working in a lean manufacturing environment and be able to develop project scopes to support successful project delivery.

Qualifications can include: Degree or BTEC or HNC / City & Guilds or equivalent in an engineering or science discipline; Prince 2 or formal Project Management training; relevant lean manufacturing certifications or training; experienced in Microsoft office suite.
