JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager for NPI in Clevedon. The role leads complex projects from development to delivery, coordinating engineering, software, and manufacturing teams to hit timescales, budgets, and quality targets in a hybrid setting.

You will drive detailed plans, manage risks, and report to senior stakeholders while supporting and mentoring junior project managers. A strong engineering/technical background and experience with NPI are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in an Engineering, Technical or Science discipline.
• Significant experience managing complex technical projects or programmes.
• Experience delivering projects involving new product development or NPI.
• Experience working with software-related projects.

The Senior Project Manager – NPI position in Clevedon offers a salary up to £63,000 per annum plus bonus, on a full-time, hybrid basis.

This senior role involves overseeing complex New Product Introduction projects, guiding new technologies from development through to successful delivery.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, software, and manufacturing, ensuring projects meet agreed timescales, budgets, and quality standards.

The Role

• A recognised Project or Programme Management qualification such as APM PMQ or PRINCE2 , or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to take ownership and drive delivery
