Job summary

Technical Futures Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project / Programme Manager with proven experience delivering complex projects across Electronic Engineering, NPI and Manufacturing. The role requires leading a broad mix of engineering and manufacturing projects with varying durations and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Engineering-related qualification required.
• Prince2 or APM certification (or working towards).
• Proven experience delivering complex projects across Electronic Engineering, NPI and Manufacturing.
• Experience in project costing for bids and sales support.
• Technical understanding of RF and electronic systems, incl. hardware/software interactions.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a broad mix of engineering and manufacturing projects across the full life cycle.
• Oversee end-to-end product development cycles from concept to delivery.

Job description

Project / Programme Manager - Electronic Engineering / NPI / Manufacturing - Generous Package + Flexible Hybrid. A Product / Programme Manager with proven experience of delivering complex projects across Electronic Engineering, NPI and Manufacturing will take responsibility for leading a broad mix of engineering and manufacturing projects with varying duration. A generous salary will be offered, with flexible Hybrid working and extensive benefits package.

With an Engineering related qualification (HNC/HND/Degree), Project Management Certification such as Prince2 / APM (or working towards), you'll bring strong commercial awareness and financial management capability as well bringing several years' experience of managing end-to-end product development life-cycles.

Key Skills and Experience should include:

• An Engineering related qualification.
• Project Management Certification such as Prince2 / APM or willingness to work towards.
• Proven experience of Project / Programme Management for the delivery of complex projects across Electronic Engineering, NPI and Manufacturing.
• Experience in project costing for bids and sales support.
• Technical understanding across RF and Electronic systems including an awareness of hardware and software interactions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience of working across multiple departments and functions.
