Job summary

LLC Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager or No1 Site Manager to deliver a £2m CAT A fit-out with cut & carve elements for a busy contractor in the West End. Immediate start and a 16-week programme.

You will lead day-to-day management from inception to completion, ensure health and safety compliance, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain programme and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid qualification.
• Experience delivering CAT A fit-out projects with cut & carve elements for main contractor.
• Experience managing project delivery from inception to completion.

Our client is a busy contractor who have secured a series of new jobs, with this being the first of many.

We are assisting them in their search for a Project Manager or No1 Site Manager to deliver a £2m CAT A fit-out with cut & carve elements, based in the West End, programme 16 weeks. Immediate start.

This is one of many major projects being developed by the business, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work.

The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the project from inception to completion. You must ensure health and safety compliance, as well as coordinating subcontractors and trades and maintaining programme and quality standards.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and a First Aid qualification, whilst also having previous experience delivering CAT A fit-out projects with cut & carve elements for a main contractor, with a similar job value.
