Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of CAT A and CAT B fit out projects across London, with values up to £15m. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PM who enjoys high-quality commercial interiors and thrives in fast-paced environments.

The ideal candidate will manage site teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring projects meet high standards and deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience managing CAT A & B office fit out schemes.
• Proven track record in delivering high-quality commercial interiors.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams within live environments.

A fantastic fit out contractor is looking to appoint a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of CAT A & CAT B fit out projects across London, with project values up to £15m.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PM who enjoys delivering high-quality commercial interiors within fast-paced environments, working closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors from pre-construction through to handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of commercial fit out projects up to £15m
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and programme delivery
• Coordinate design, commercial and operational teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee health & safety, quality and client expectations on site
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners
• Manage procurement, reporting, project risk and overall delivery performance
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
