Job summary

Senior Construction Manager required in Central London for a leading fit-out contractor. Temp to Perm position with negotiable salary. Candidate must have 3+ years of CAT A/B commercial fit-out experience, CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Site certifications, and be able to travel to London.

Immediate availability is preferred. Role includes programming from contract onwards, site setup and logistics planning, daily site management with weekly progress reporting, and ensuring RAMS compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in CAT A/B commercial fit-out
• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Site certifications required
• Immediate availability and ability to travel into London

Responsibilities

With a turnover of over £100 million, one of UK'S leading Fit-out Contractors is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 year's experience within CAT A and CAT B Commercial Fit out Industry.

Some of the key duties would include

• Programming responsibility from contract programme onwards: design and build
• Site set up and strategy including logistics
