Role Overview: Project Manager

Based in Oxfordshire, our client is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to automated industrial laundry equipment solutions. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage projects from conception to release (design, procurement, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and handover).
2. Ensure successful project delivery within the initially outlined cost, time, and scope.
3. Travel across the UK and potentially worldwide to meet with customers face-to-face.
4. Communicate regularly with clients' other business departments.
5. Facilitate daily stand-ups and process improvements for team members.

Requirements:

• Project management experience within automation, capital equipment, or MEP.
• Willingness to travel occasionally across the UK.
• 2D and 3D CAD skills (desirable).
• Minimum of HNC/HND in mechanical engineering or higher.
• Prince2 certification (desirable).

Package:

• £45,000-£56,200 basic salary.
