Project Execution:

  • Lead daily coordination calls with vendors, Operations, WHS (Workplace Health & Safety), and RME (Reliability, Maintenance Engineering); provide daily status updates to UK Field Engineering PM.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor installation progress and collect stakeholder feedback. Escalate issues to the UK FE PM as needed.
  • Receive, inventory, and verify materials ordered by AMZL (e.g., signage, racking, SBL); coordinate logistics and labor for material handling and installation.
  • Liaise with IT teams to manage access to IDF cabinets, oversee cable terminations, and validate network functionality.

Project Closure:

  • Collect and review vendor documentation for accuracy and compliance with requirements (e.g., Declaration of Conformity, site-specific identifiers).
  • Ensure all documentation is transferred to the appropriate repositories (MyMHE+, automation software storage drive, etc.).
