Job summary

CloudPay is seeking a Project Manager to lead payroll and payments implementations for global clients, guiding projects from inception to delivery with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in software implementation, HR, payroll or fintech.
• Demonstrable experience managing complex client-facing projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, PRINCE2).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Professional English level required.
• Solid organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Asana, Jira) and MS Office.
• Experience with global payroll or payments solutions is highly desirable.
• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for client implementations from initiation to closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and risk strategies.
• Act as the primary client contact throughout implementation, managing expectations.
• Facilitate and lead project meetings, kick-offs, status updates, and post-implementation reviews.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet milestones.
• Identify, track, and resolve issues and risks, escalating to senior management as needed.
• Ensure adherence to CloudPay's implementation methodology and quality standards.
• Provide regular project status reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive improvements.
• Possibly manage multiple implementations concurrently.
