Futurebuild Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver high rise residential remediation projects across the South Wales and Bristol regions. You will lead site teams, manage programmes, quality and safety, and maintain key client and resident relationships.

The role covers cladding replacement, façade remediation and fire safety works on occupied developments, with oversight of subcontractors and coordination with commercial, design and technical teams to ensure on-time,

Qualifications

• Stable career history with residential developers, main contractors or cladding/facades subcontractors.
• Experience delivering cladding, façades, external envelope, fire safety or remediation projects.
• Experience on occupied residential developments, high-rise buildings or complex refurbishments.

• Managing Site Managers, subcontractors and specialist packages.
• Monitoring programme, progress, quality and health & safety.

Project Manager - High Rise Residential Remediation Projects

Location: Cardiff, Swansea & Bristol

Position: Project Manager

We are working in partnership with a Tier 1 UK residential developer who is looking to appoint a Project Manager to deliver a pipeline of legacy cladding and fire safety remediation projects across the South Wales & Bristol regions. The business is delivering a number of complex remediation schemes on high rise residential developments and are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can take responsibility for projects from the early stages through to completion and handover.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of your allocated project, managing site teams, subcontractors, programme, quality, health & safety and client relationships.

Typical projects will involve cladding replacement, façade remediation, fire stopping and wider building safety works on occupied residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall management and delivery of cladding and fire safety remediation projects
• Managing Site Managers, subcontractors and specialist packages
• Monitoring programme, progress, quality and health & safety
• Coordinating with commercial, design and technical teams
• Managing client, consultant and resident/stakeholder relationships
• Chairing progress meetings and producing regular project reports
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the required standard
• Managing projects through completion, handover and close-out

Experience Required

Stable career history working for sizeable residential developers, main contractors or cladding/facades subcontractors.

Previous experience delivering cladding, façades, external envelope, fire safety or building remediation projects would be highly advantageous.

Experience working on occupied residential developments, high-rise buildings or complex refurbishment schemes would also be beneficial.
