Job summary

Oakley Recruitment is partnering with an expanding organisation in Tamworth to hire a Project Manager for a full-time permanent role. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering key projects while maintaining budgets and timelines.

The role requires strong stakeholder communication, a track record of end-to-end project delivery, and the ability to work in a fast-paced PMO environment. Training and career growth are highlighted in the culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Prince 2 certification is required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating detailed project documentation (plans, business cases, reports).
• Experience using project management software.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling and delivery of projects to meet objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, implement corrective actions.
• Produce and maintain project documents including plans, business cases and minutes.
• Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders and external suppliers for alignment.
• Track resources, costs and KPIs; provide accurate reporting.
• Assist with risk, issue and change management; escalate when needed.
• Contribute to PMO standards, processes and continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
