Job summary

Oakley Recruitment Ltd in partnership with an expanding Tamworth-based organisation is seeking a Project Manager for a full-time permanent role. You will lead planning, scheduling, and delivery across multiple projects, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management, Prince 2 certification, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication. ERP/WMS exposure and MS Office 365 skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in project management.
• Prince 2 Certification.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently manage tasks and small project phases.

Responsibilities

• Supporting planning, scheduling and delivery of projects to ensure objectives, timelines and budgets are met.
• Monitoring project progress, risks and issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Producing and maintaining project documentation (plans, business cases, reports, minutes).
• Coordinating with project teams, stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Tracking resources, costs and KPIs, providing reporting and updates.
• Supporting risk, issue and change management processes.
