Oakley Recruitment Ltd is collaborating with an expanding Tamworth-based organisation to appoint a Project Manager on a full-time permanent basis. The role covers planning, coordinating and delivering key projects that drive business growth and transformation.

The successful candidate will manage activities across strategic initiatives and internal projects to enhance operational efficiency, with a focus on stakeholder communication and end-to-end delivery in a dynamic PMO environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' project management experience.
• Prince2 certification is required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently manage tasks and small project phases.
• Experience creating detailed project documentation (plans, business cases, reports).
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling and delivery of projects to meet objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Produce and maintain project documentation (business cases, plans, status reports, minutes).
• Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Track resources, costs and KPIs; provide regular reporting.
• Support risk, issue and change management processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO standards and processes.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
