Job Title: Project Manager - Fire & Building Safety

Join Golding Homes as a Project Manager - Fire & Building Safety. This is a permanent full-time position based in Maidstone.

Salary and Benefits

£53,500 per annum, with a 37-hour workweek. Role Responsibilities

• Manage fire and building safety remediation projects from inception to completion, including contractor and developer coordination.
• Embed lessons learned into business practices.
• Administer contracts robustly and oversee procurement processes.
• Provide technical support on complex building safety and maintenance issues.
• Procure and oversee fire and building safety contracts to maintain and improve assets.

Candidate Profile

• HND in Building Surveying or Project Management or related qualification.
• Desirable: RICS/MRICS, APM, or MCIOB membership.
• Experience in project management within housing and planned maintenance environments.
• Contract management experience, including JCT and NHF contracts.
• Strong knowledge of building laws, regulations, and legislation.
