Our client is an established exhibition design and build company with almost 30 years in the industry and an in-house design studio and workshop. They create standout exhibition stands, live events, brand experiences, pop-ups and conferences for some of the world's best-known brands in sport, superyachts, finance and technology, from Paris to Düsseldorf and far beyond. Their work has taken them across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Australia.
Now part of a larger group and growing, they need a Senior Project Manager to own their biggest exhibitions and live events projects and lead the team that delivers them. If you're a production-minded PM who obsesses over the detail, this one's for you.
You’ll take projects from handover through production, build, show and breakdown. You’ll read and interpret AutoCAD and technical drawings, work side by side with the in-house designers and workshop, and coordinate suppliers, venues, organisers and logistics so every stand lands on time, on budget and exactly as designed. You’ll also lead a team of two Project Coordinators, coaching them and keeping the whole project load moving.
You’ll be in the Ringwood office three days a week, with the workshop right there, and travelling internationally to exhibitions and live events, so you’ll spend real time onsite. It suits someone who loves the buzz of a build and the moment the doors open on a stand that owns the floor.
