Job summary

Bracken Recruitment are supporting a well-known Design & Build Main Contractor in the Reading area to appoint an experienced Project Manager for a Design & Build Mixed Use Development.

The role is permanent, requiring strong client liaison, negotiation and logistics management across high-value projects, including mixed-use or high-rise schemes, with oversight of multiple sites. A proven track record on £20m+ schemes and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Experience of projects over £20m.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience of working to tight deadlines.
• Experience managing various sites.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel.

• Degree qualified or equivalent experience.

Bracken Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a well-known Design & Build Main Contractor who are based in the South East and looking to hire an experienced Project Manager for a Design & Build Mixed Used Development in the Reading area. This company are looking for someone to fill this position on a permanent based employment contract due to vast growth within the business throughout the whole of the UK. Our Client is a highly respected Contractor delivering projects that are time and safety critical.
This would suit someone who is used to dealing with clients, negotiating and liaising logistics having worked on mixed used or High Rise Residential projects previously. This company are extremely forward thinking and construct highly detailed, interesting projects all around the UK.
