Job summary

Bracken Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager on behalf of a well-known Main Contractor in London for a £20m residential project in West London.

The role focuses on delivering on time and on budget, providing strong leadership to the construction team, and maintaining regular communication with the Commercial team and client. A degree in construction and solid MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or vocational equivalent in construction or related field.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage client expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that project runs on time and on budget.
• Provide strong leadership and communicate with the construction team.
• Liaise with the Commercial team regularly.
• Ensure Safety Management Systems are in place and operating.
• Liaise with client regularly with updates.
• Prepare progress reports.
• Assess all project risks.
• Coordinate and manage logistics to avoid future issues.
• Mentor junior staff and set tasks and objectives.

Bracken Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a well-known Main Contractor in London who are looking for an experienced knowledgeable Project Manager for a £20m residential project in West London. The Role:

• Ensure that project runs on time and on budget
• Provide strong leadership skills and communicate accordingly to all of the construction team
• Liaise with the Commercial team regularly
• Ensuring that all Safety Management Systems are in place and in operation
• Liaise with Client on a regular basis with updates etc
• Prepare progress reports
• Assess all project risks
• Coordinate and manage the logistics of the project to avoid future issues
• Mentoring Junior members of staff and setting them tasks and objectives.

Experience:

• Relevant Construction related Degree or vocational equivalent
