Location: London & South East (Projects across London)
Salary: £55,000 – £66,000 + Package (DOE)

Our client is seeking a design manager to support an expanding pipeline of work across multiple sectors. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking business with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects from pre-construction through to completion.

The Role

Working alongside the wider project delivery team, you will take responsibility for managing the design process, coordinating consultants and ensuring the timely delivery of design information across a variety of construction projects.
This is a broad role suited to candidates who enjoy working across multiple sectors rather than specialising in a single project type.

Project Experience

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience delivering a varied portfolio including:

Education

About You

To be considered, you should have:

Proven experience as a Design Manager within a Main Contractor or Design & Build environment.

Experience managing the design process from pre-construction through to project completion.

Strong technical knowledge and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary design teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working on projects across multiple construction sectors.

A proactive and solutions-focused approach to design coordination.
