Job summary

Bracken Recruitment is assisting a well-known Design & Build Main Contractor in the Reading area to hire an experienced Project Manager for a mixed-use development. This permanent role requires strong client liaison, negotiation and logistics coordination on large schemes across the UK.

You will oversee projects over £20m, work to tight deadlines and coordinate multiple sites with a focus on quality and safety. Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience of projects over £20m.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience of working to tight deadlines.
• Experience managing various sites.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook and Excel.

Bracken Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a well-known Design & Build Main Contractor who are based in the South Eastand looking to hire an experienced ProjectManager for aDesign & Build Mixed Used Development in the Reading area. This company are looking for someone to fill this position on a permanent based employment contractdue to vast growth within the business throughout the whole of the UK.

Our Client is a highly respected Contractor delivering projects that are time and safety critical. This would suit someone who is used to dealing with clients, negotiating and liaising logistics having worked onmixed used or High Rise Residential projects previously. This company are extremely forward thinking and construct highly detailed, interesting projects all around the UK.
