A leading UK water company is seeking a Project Manager – Continuous Improvement to drive project success within the Thames Water Major Projects and Programmes Team. This role involves managing integrations and transitions, fostering stakeholder relationships, and promoting innovative improvements across the supply chain. Candidates should have strong project management skills, relevant qualifications, and a commitment to health and safety. A competitive salary between £56,000 and £67,000 is offered, along with excellent benefits.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team in the Thames Water Major Projects and Programmes Team. As a Project Manager – Continuous Improvement, you will be accountable for the delivery of a Transition or Integration Project or Programme for the Thames Water Major Projects and Programmes Team.
This will be achieved by identifying clear action plans for achieving required outcomes to time, cost (where relevant) and quality for several different workstreams. Engaging with the Major Projects and Programmes Teams, other teams across Thames Water and service providers you will manage the delivery of these plans and where required gain buy in from key personnel to own actions and facilitate and assist in their delivery.
Driving the development and continuous improvement of the project teams and supply chain, relentlessly striving to deliver enhanced health, safety & environment outcomes, customer delight and superior commercial performance.
