Job summary

Boden Group in Plymouth is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of delivery across a seven-site portfolio in the Plymouth area, coordinating contractors, stakeholders and works within a complex Facilities Management environment.

You will manage programmes, milestones and documentation, lead site meetings and maintain clear stakeholder communication, while ensuring health, safety and contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience, ideally across multiple sites.
• Strong contractor and supplier management skills.
• Experience delivering projects to programmes, budgets and site standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organisation with ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• FM estates or defence-sector experience advantageous.

Are you an experienced Project Manager comfortable managing multiple sites and competing priorities?

A leading Facilities Management organisation is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects across seven sites in Plymouth and the surrounding area.

This is a permanent opportunity for someone who can take ownership of delivery, coordinate contractors and ensure projects remain safe, compliant and on schedule.

The Role

• Manage project delivery across seven sites within the Plymouth area.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and on-site teams.
• Manage project programmes, milestones and documentation.
• Lead site meetings and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• Monitor progress, identifying and resolving delivery risks.
• Ensure works meet relevant health, safety, compliance and contractual requirements.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities across the portfolio.
• Maintain strong relationships with operational teams, contractors and key stakeholders.

You To be successful, you’ll bring:

• Proven Project Management experience, ideally across multiple sites.
• Strong contractor and supplier management skills.
• Experience delivering projects to agreed programmes, budgets and site standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organisation with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Facilities Management, estates or defence-sector experience would be advantageous.
• Ability to travel regularly between sites across the Plymouth area.
