Job summary

Brandon James is seeking a driven Project Manager to join an established Winchester practice, supporting education projects from early planning through to completion. You will collaborate with clients, consultants and contractors across the full project lifecycle.

Applicants should have a minimum of two years' consultancy experience in UK construction, a relevant construction degree, and strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills. Education delivery experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience in a UK construction consultancy.
• Experience delivering education projects is highly desirable.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Progress towards, or membership of, RICS, APM or CIOB.

Responsibilities

• Manage project programmes and coordinate consultant teams.
• Attend and lead meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and ensure delivery on time, budget and quality.
• Support full development lifecycle from planning to handover.
