Job Title: Project Manager (Construction)
Location: Northampton, covering Leicester to Newcastle
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000
Contract type: Permanent
Working hours: 40 hours/week, flexible start/finish times

About the role

Seeking an experienced Contracts or Project Manager in construction for career growth, supportive environment, and leveraging client relationships and stable projects.

Working with a UK Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping provider, leading high-profile contracts across the Southwest. Responsible for overseeing daily operations, contract performance, client relationships, team management, health & safety, and financials.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as Contracts or Project Manager
• Ability to manage time and workload independently
• Willing to travel across the UK, occasional overnight stays
• Site qualifications: SMSTS and CSCS Black Card (or able to obtain)
• Near Northampton; weekly office visits, site-based otherwise

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple sites, ensuring projects are on time and within budget
• Maintain project tracking and reporting sheets
• Handle client communication and coordination
• Collaborate with team and subcontractors
• Ensure health & safety compliance across sites
