The Assistant Construction Project Manager Role

The successful Assistant Project Manager will become a key part of a comprehensive construction and property consultancy. This role involves working within a team of 15 specialists dedicated to Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Building Surveying.

The role promises a dynamic work environment, engaging in projects spanning the Automotive, Industrial, Commercial Office, Retail, Restaurant, and Hotel sectors.

This team is not just any team; it's a tightly-knit group of Chartered professionals who take pride in fostering a supportive atmosphere. They are keen to offer mentorship, particularly for those pursuing their Chartership, making this an ideal setting for someone looking for close guidance and significant project exposure to achieve their professional qualifications.

As a vital addition to the team, you will act as a pivotal support figure and the go-to deputy for the existing Senior Project Manager and Directors. This position is designed not only to leverage your current skills but also to enhance them, offering a hybrid working model for flexibility, along with direct mentorship and a clear pathway towards a Senior role in the future.

The workload will initially consist of 60% Hotel and 40% Commercial to cover the immediate pipeline of work, the role will then open up to include Automotive refurbishments and new builds, Restaurant, Retail and many more exciting sectors.
