Skilled Careers in Sunbury-on-Thames are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a £5m façade remediation scheme from start to finish, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to deliver on time, to budget and to the highest safety and quality standards.

The role requires a proven track record in façade remediation or major refurbishment, strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a safety-first approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering façade remediation, cladding, envelope, or major refurbishment projects.
• Strong technical understanding of façade systems and remediation works.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing projects from pre-construction through to handover.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining programme targets.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a track record of delivering façade remediation, cladding replacement, and external envelope projects?

We are working with a well-established specialist contractor seeking a Project Manager to take full responsibility for a £5 million façade remediation scheme in Sunbury-on-Thames. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-profile project from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery on programme, budget, quality, and safety.
