Responsibilities

• Lead engagement campaigns from concept through to delivery, driving participation and enhancing the employee experience.
• Manage operational improvement projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality standards and objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain project plans, logs and leadership reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, IT, Finance and wider business functions to ensure delivery.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, committees and initiatives.
• Monitor risks, issues, budgets and milestones with clear updates and escalation.
• Support creation of materials and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
