• Extensive experience in project management within a business services or similar environment.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate setting.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Experience delivering employee engagement initiatives or change programmes.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Highly organized with analytical and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement campaigns from concept through to delivery, driving participation and enhancing the employee experience.
• Manage operational improvement projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality standards and project objectives are achieved.
• Develop and maintain project plans, logs, and leadership reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, IT, Finance and wider business functions to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, committees and initiatives.
• Monitor project risks, issues, budgets and milestones, providing clear updates and escalation where required.
• Support the creation of materials.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with wider operational and business objectives.
