Wates Smartspace in Wolverhampton seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a planned social housing refurbishment programme across the region. You will report to the Contracts Manager and oversee Site Managers, supply chain partners and stakeholders to deliver works safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Reporting into the Contracts Manager, you will take overall responsibility for programme delivery, managing Site Managers, supply chain partners and stakeholders to ensure works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
The contract covers a well-established, localised patch with properties located within approximately 20 minutes of the office, allowing you to focus on operational performance, customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
