Wates Group is seeking a proactive Site Manager to join a two-person team delivering a planned social housing refurbishment programme across the Wolverhampton area. You will manage day-to-day delivery within occupied properties, ensuring safety, quality and on-time performance.
The role involves coordinating subcontractors, direct labour and suppliers, conducting site inspections and progress reporting, and maintaining strong relationships with residents and client representatives.
We are looking for a proactive and driven Site Manager to join our team delivering a planned social housing refurbishment programme across the Wolverhampton area.
Working as part of a two Site Manager team, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of planned improvement works to occupied properties. The programme is structured to ensure efficient project delivery, with one Site Manager focusing on the early stages of works through to the mid-point of the programme, while the second Site Manager oversees completion, quality assurance, and handover.
The project operates within a manageable geographical area, with properties located within approximately a 20-minute radius of the local office, allowing you to focus on quality, programme delivery, customer satisfaction, and stakeholder management.
