Job summary

Pulse Group is seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of a major customer technology programme, including CRM, customer data and engagement capabilities. You’ll collaborate with Technology, Digital, Business teams and external partners to ensure delivery within scope, budget and timelines.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage budgets and dependencies, and drive alignment with senior stakeholders to realise KPIs and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Technology Project Management.
• Experience delivering CRM, customer data or customer engagement tech.
• End-to-end delivery experience on complex technology programmes.
• Experience managing significant project budgets.
• Strong supplier and vendor management.

Technology Project Manager

Location: Reading | Hybrid

We’re partnering with a major global retailer undergoing significant digital and technology transformation to hire an experienced Technology Project Manager.

You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of a major customer technology programme, focused on new CRM, customer data and customer engagement capabilities.

Working across Technology, Digital, Business teams and external partners, you’ll be responsible for ensuring complex projects are delivered against agreed scope, budget, timelines and quality.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own end-to-end delivery across requirements, design, development, integration, testing, deployment and hypercare
• Manage large-scale project budgets

• Comfortable bringing structure and direction to complex and evolving programmes
