Job summary

Pulse Group is seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead a major customer technology transformation. Based in Reading with hybrid work, you’ll own end-to-end delivery of CRM, customer data and engagement initiatives across Technology, Digital and business partners.

You’ll manage multi-partner vendors, budgets and timelines, maintain strategic alignment with senior stakeholders, and drive delivery excellence in a complex, fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Technology Project Management
• CRM / customer data / customer engagement tech experience
• End-to-end delivery of complex technology programmes
• Experience managing significant budgets
• Supplier and vendor management experience
• Senior stakeholder management
• Experience deploying Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery
• Ability to lead complex, evolving programmes

Technology Project Manager

Location: Reading | Hybrid

We’re partnering with a major global retailer undergoing significant digital and technology transformation to hire an experienced Technology Project Manager.

You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of a major customer technology programme, focused on new CRM, customer data and customer engagement capabilities.

Working across Technology, Digital, Business teams and external partners, you’ll be responsible for ensuring complex projects are delivered against agreed scope, budget, timelines and quality.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own end-to-end delivery across requirements, design, development, integration, testing, deployment and hypercare
• Manage large-scale project budgets
• Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, timelines, resources and dependencies
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and delivery challenges
• Lead cross-functional teams across Technology, Digital and the wider business

What We’re Looking For
