Job summary

One Way is seeking a Demolition Project Manager to join our South area operations in the United Kingdom. The role is permanent and offers a salary and benefits package.

The ideal candidate will hold a CCDO ticket and SMSTS, with substantial demolition experience, and will lead site teams, manage trades, and oversee health and safety and client communications.

Qualifications

• CCDO ticket and SMSTS are preferred.
• Experience in demolition projects.
• Experience in managing site teams and health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the on-site team and ensure coordination with trades/subcontractors.
• Manage health and safety at the site and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Handle client-facing communications and expectations.
• Develop and monitor project programmes and milestones.
• Maintain commercial awareness and manage budget-related paperwork.
• Supervise operatives, machine drivers, strip-outs and debris removal on site.
• Ensure timely project delivery within budget and required documentation.
