Job summary

Morson Edge in Kent is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑voltage (HV) projects. You will act as primary on-site representative, ensuring safe, on‑time, and budget‑conscious delivery while guiding a team and maintaining client relationships.

As a senior projects professional, you will provide leadership, commercial oversight, and practical solutions to project challenges, taking control of schedules, costs, and compliance with QHSE standards to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the HV Industry on NG/DNO projects.
• Completion of a recognised industry apprenticeship or graduate programme (HNC, HND, Degree)
• Pre-requisite training prior to starting the role
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership aligned with company goals and values.
• Represent the organisation at project and site levels, ensuring professionalism in all interactions with clients and third parties.
• Provide management advice and solutions to overcome project challenges.
• Take commercial and financial control of assigned projects.

About the Role
