Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment seeks a Project Manager - Multi-Utility to lead high-voltage multi-utility projects from Hertfordshire, with full ownership and strong backing. The role offers a clear progression path, a robust project pipeline, and a supportive, training-focused employer.

You will manage cost, schedule, risk, and client relationships across the full project lifecycle, in a growing power and energy transition portfolio. London-area commutes and field work are anticipated.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-voltage multi-utility projects up to 11kV.
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
• Exposure to multi-discipline projects delivered to programme and cost controls.
• Legal right to live and work in the UK (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery across full project lifecycle.
• Plan, review, and drive project programmes through to successful completion.
• Build and manage client relationships, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Ensure risk assessments are in place, current, and regularly reviewed.
• Coordinate site teams, resources, and materials to maintain progress and quality.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues, escalating where necessary.
• Support commercial performance, including cost control, margins, and reporting.
• Manage subcontractor performance across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Currently working as an Assistant Project Manager (or similar) and ready to own your own projects

• Exposure to multi-discipline projects delivered to programme and within cost controls
• Strong stakeholder management skills, confident working with clients and subcontractors
• Degree, HNC, HND, or equivalent qualification
• Legal right to live and work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
