• Order materials, fixtures, and fittings.
• Liaise with architects and clients on design and site issues.

Our client is a main contractor specializing in residential new build block developments. They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee a project in North West London.

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

1. Monitoring and updating the build programme regularly

2. Coordinating and booking all trades

3. Ensuring trades perform to schedule and maintain high standards

4. Ordering materials, fixtures, and fittings

5. Liaising with architects and clients on design and site issues

6. Managing design changes requested by buyers
