Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution across multiple cross-functional workstreams, with a key focus on application and technology integration . This role is ideal for a highly organized, solutions-driven professional who excels at managing complexity, aligning stakeholders, and driving results in a matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle project management of M&A initiatives, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and budget parameters.
• Lead application and technology integration efforts, with a deep understanding of system dependencies and post-merger harmonization goals.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans using MS Project or similar tools; track milestones, mitigate risks, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives, clarify roles, and maintain effective communication.
• Manage vendor engagements and SOWs related to integration activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance processes and project delivery methodologies.
  
  
  

Technical Skills & Tools

• Expertise in MS Project and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint essential).
• Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool experience (e.g., Project Online or Server) strongly preferred.
• Proven track record managing project budgets ranging from $500K to $5M.
• Strong background in integrating IT systems and handling InfoStack complexities in post-merger environments.
• Ability to manage cross-site and offshore teams across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a matrixed enterprise or consultancy environment.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $72.00/hr.
