Job summary

The FR Group is seeking a Project Manager with a strong industrial and logistics construction background to oversee the construction of a new industrial unit in South Gloucestershire. You will be responsible for delivering the project safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key duties include coordinating subcontractors and site teams, developing programmes and budgets, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with health and safety and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within industrial construction or a similar environment.
• Experience delivering industrial units, warehouses, factories or large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning and contract management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and drive project delivery.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, health and safety, and quality control.
