Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead major industrial and logistics projects in Northampton. This senior role requires ownership from inception to completion and a proven track record delivering complex construction schemes.

You will manage programmes, budgets, risks and resources; coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders; and oversee projects from pre-construction through to handover.

Site Manager - Industrial & Logistics

Location: Northampton

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading organisation delivering major industrial and logistics projects.

This is a senior-level opportunity for an established Site Manager with a strong background in delivering complex construction projects and the confidence to take ownership of projects from inception through to completion.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of major industrial and logistics schemes, managing all aspects of project delivery while working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:
