Job summary

Syntrace invites a London-based Project Manager to lead our largest customer projects from kickoff to delivery. You will own implementation plans, timelines and dependencies, coordinating between commercial, product and engineering teams to keep initiatives on track.

The role emphasizes security-driven delivery within a founding team context, offering exposure to senior leadership that has scaled companies and shaped pilots into long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Several years as a project manager with enterprise customers.
• Experience with financial institutions is a strong plus.
• The ability to bring structure without slowing people down.

We are now hiring a Project Manager, based in London.

You will run our largest customer projects end to end: implementation plans, timelines, dependencies and the coordination between our teams. You will work with our commercial, product and engineering teams, and be the person who keeps everything moving.

Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it. Security reviews are part of every project you run.
