Synchro is seeking a Project Manager in Warwickshire (Hybrid - flexible, with 2 or 3 days in the office) to lead the successful planning, execution and delivery of key software projects for fintech clients. You will define scope, coordinate teams, manage delivery, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role requires 3+ years PM experience, fintech/financial services familiarity, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset aimed at meeting stakeholder expectations while ensuring quality

Location: Fintech | Warwickshire (Hybrid - flexible, with the option of either 2 or 3 days in the office)

They are seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of key projects.

This role involves managing project scope, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring seamless communication with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also identify and mitigate risks while maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
