Job summary

Syntrace in London is seeking a Product Manager to own a product area end to end, from discovery with customers to setting clear priorities and deciding what we build.

You will work with a senior team and directly engage some of the most demanding users in finance, bringing discipline to product strategy and user-centric design in a security-focused context.

Qualifications

• Several years of product management experience at a B2B software company.
• Hands-on experience with LLM products and understanding of their failure modes.
• Strong writing skills and ability to articulate product rationale clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area end to end from discovery to prioritization and build decisions.
• Collaborate with a senior team and engage with demanding finance users.
• Ensure security is integrated into the product and treated as a core requirement.

You will own a product area end to end: discovery with customers, clear priorities and the decisions about what we build.
