Based in Laverton North at our Pipe Road chemical manufacturing facility, we seek a Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in our Project Management Team. The successful candidate will lead projects from initiation to completion, managing all team resources, coordinating project phases, delegating tasks, and reporting to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project management plans aligned with customer requirements and timelines.
• Lead technical challenges and provide guidance to Project Engineers.
• Coordinate execution of capital projects to deliver within specifications, minimizing total ownership cost, on time, and on budget, while adhering to Zero Harm safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and legislative safety and engineering standards.
• Manage project schedules, resources, risks, quality, and costs to meet objectives.
• Utilize Nufarm’s financial, contractual, and procurement systems during project execution.
• Provide expertise in project management best practices, safety, and cost-efficiency.
• Follow Management of Change procedures.
• Ensure timely project close-out, capturing all asset data and records.

Candidate Profile

Tertiary qualification in Engineering and extensive experience in manufacturing project management across multidisciplinary teams. Strong scientific problem-solving skills, data-driven decision-making, and a proactive, self-motivated approach are essential.
