Team and Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our vibrant Delivery practice in Glasgow on a full-time, permanent basis. You will learn to harness advanced technologies and methodologies, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to memorable customer experiences. Responsibilities of the Project Manager

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and compliant with governance, risk, and regulatory frameworks.
• Lead and coordinate a team of technical resources to deliver business and IT outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage solution implementation, including scope, resources, schedule, and finances to ensure timely delivery.
• Govern projects through all phases, from initiation to support.
• Identify key resources and manage internal and external stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Handle issue management, risk assessment, and escalation as required.
• Develop and maintain financial, resource, and work plans using approved tools.
• Produce status reports as scheduled.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Relevant experience in project management, including planning, management, financial oversight, estimation, and decision analysis, with a strong focus on delivery.
• Experience in Financial Services is essential.
• Ability to lead multi-site teams with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to maintain project direction, motivate teams, and manage budgets and governance processes.
• Strong problem management, decision-making, and liaising with IT suppliers skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant project management qualifications or training.
• Sound business acumen and the ability to communicate technology challenges in business terms.
