Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our vibrant Delivery practice in Glasgow, on a full-time, permanent basis. You will learn to harness the power of cutting-edge technologies, gain hands-on experience, and create value for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and compliant with governance and risk frameworks.
• Lead and coordinate technical resources to deliver business and IT outcomes.
• Manage implementation including scope, resources, schedule, and finances.
• Governance through project phases.
• Identify key resources and manage stakeholders.
• Issue management, risk assessment, and planning.
• Develop and maintain project plans and status reports.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Relevant experience in project management, especially in financial services.
• Ability to lead teams across multiple sites with excellent communication skills.
• Strong budget management and problem-solving skills.
• Sound decision-making abilities.
• Experience liaising with IT suppliers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project management qualifications or training.
• Business acumen and ability to communicate technology challenges effectively.
