What you'll be doing:

The Project Manager will have a strong technical background and will communicate with world class engineers, helping to remove road blocks and smooth the path for continuous delivery to our customers. You will both look inwards, working with the overall engineering teams and outwards, acting as a liaison with customers.

Key tasks:

1. Working closely with customers to understand their problems
2. Helping to manage the delivery of projects
3. Working closely with engineering teams
4. Balancing delivery pressures and software quality for multiple concurrent projects
5. Assessing project priorities as required
6. Helping to facilitate collaboration throughout the organisation

Requirements

Key Skills

The successful candidate should have these skills:

1. You have experience working with Financial Crime Compliance / AML / 3rd Party risk solutions and understand the risk management challenges faced by organisations.
2. Experience with different software development methodologies and the ability to determine what aspects of those methodologies are appropriate for each team and project including Agile/Scrum/Waterfall.
3. Proven track record of product based implementation projects into a number of clients.
4. You have successfully managed software deliveries through Software as a Service and private-cloud/on-premise deployments to Enterprise scale customers.
5. The ability to work in a fast paced development environment with the freedom to approach, own and solve problems independently, as well as part of a team.
6. You have experience collaborating across Implementation, Product and technology teams.
7. You have managed customer delivery relationships from pre-sales engagements through to delivery and handover to ongoing customer success.
8. Ability to work closely with strong and demanding engineering teams
9. Occasional travel to customer sites may be required
10. Ability to negotiate responsibilities and resourcing with other project managers and senior internal stakeholders
11. Ability to switch context quickly and easily according to changing priorities
