Wates Smartspace is seeking a Project Manager to oversee aids and adaptations projects across occupied social housing in Birmingham. You will manage multiple schemes, lead a small operations team, and ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality. Strong client and stakeholder engagement is essential.
The role requires experience in social housing, occupied environments, and leading subcontractors, with a DBS check at offer stage and a commitment to residents’ outcomes.
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of aids and adaptations projects across occupied social housing properties throughout the region.
You will manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple projects, leading operational teams, and building strong client relationships.
