We're recruiting for a Site Manager to join an established social housing planned maintenance programme across North London. Working on a long-term contract for a leading housing association, you'll take ownership of your own portfolio of properties, managing refurbishment and improvement works across occupied homes.
As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of planned maintenance works across occupied residential properties. You'll manage subcontractors, programme delivery, health & safety compliance, quality standards and site documentation, whilst working closely with operational teams, Resident Liaison Officers and the client to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. The role is field-based and will involve regular travel across North London.
